In 1990, at 22 years old, Marty began his career as a licensed Realtor. Based in South Surrey, he spent the next 36 years helping clients buy and sell homes throughout the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver. His depth of knowledge comes from decades spent working through the many changes in the real estate market. 

Marty was a longtime member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s Medallion Club, recognizing his strong individual sales performance. Then in 2016 he founded The Kleine Real Estate Team with Jesse.

Jesse and Marty began producing at a high level immediately, ranking among the top 10% of teams each year before reaching the top 1% in 2021, with 56 homes sold.

In 2022, Marty’s other son, Justin, joined the team. Since then, Marty has mentored Jesse and Justin, passing along the same high standards, attention to detail, and genuine care that his clients experienced throughout his 36-year career.

With Marty’s continued assistance, The Kleine Real Estate Team has gone on to earn Team Top 1% recognition in 2024, 2025, and 2026, combining decades of experience with energy and current market knowledge to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
